The October 2013 Visa Bulletin has been released!

The employment based categories have not changed much since the September 2013 Bulletin.

However, unfortunately, the F2A category for spouses of lawful permanent residents will retrogress from being current to a priority date of September 8, 2013 in October 2013. LPRs can and should continue to file an I-130 for their spouse, however, the priority date will not be current for adjustment of status beginning October 1st.
